Home of Hope

Home of Hope – Street Children & Child Welfare Initiative

Thousands of vulnerable children across India continue to face homelessness, neglect, abuse, exploitation, hunger, child labour, lack of education, and unsafe living conditions due to poverty, broken family structures, social exclusion, and circumstances beyond their control. Many street-connected and abandoned children are deprived of their basic rights including safety, education, healthcare, emotional care, and opportunities for a secure future.

Recognizing the urgent need to protect and support vulnerable children, Sam and Jane Foundation launched Home of Hope, a child welfare and street children support initiative dedicated to providing care, protection, education, rehabilitation, and long-term development opportunities for children in need.

The initiative aims to create a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where vulnerable children can access basic necessities, quality education, healthcare, life-skills training, emotional support, and opportunities to rebuild their lives with dignity and hope.

Initially launched in Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh, the Home of Hope initiative aims to expand its reach to other regions based on community needs and support availability.
