About Us
Sam and Jane Foundation (SJF) is a non-profit organization established in 2016 with a mission to empower underprivileged communities through sustainable development, education, healthcare, women empowerment, elderly care, child welfare, and community-driven initiatives.
Based in Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh, the foundation works towards improving the lives of children, women, elderly individuals, persons with disabilities, rural families, and socially marginalized communities through timely interventions, awareness programs, and capacity-building activities.
Through its flagship initiatives — Home of Hope, Rise of Hope, SVSF (Sukanya Valeti Scholarship Fund), Circle of Hope, Hands of Hope, and Nourish Hope — Sam and Jane Foundation is creating meaningful social impact across multiple sectors.

Our Philosophy and Approach
Sam and Jane Foundation (SJF) adopt community-centered, sustainable, and impact-driven strategies developed through years of grassroots experience, field engagement, and direct interaction with rural and underserved communities. Our approach is built on understanding the real needs of vulnerable populations and implementing practical, long-term solutions that create meaningful and sustainable social impact
Through our initiatives including Home of Hope, SVSF (Sukanya Valeti Scholarship Fund), Rise of Hope, Nourish Hope, Hands of Hope, and Circle of Hope, we work towards empowering children, women, elderly individuals, rural families, HIV-affected children, and marginalized communities through education, healthcare, livelihood support, women empowerment, elderly care, environmental sustainability, and community development programs.

To achieve our mission and objectives effectively, Sam and Jane Foundation follow the following key strategies:
Community Mobilization & Grassroots Development
We organize and strengthen communities through Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), Self-Help Groups (SHGs), youth groups, women collectives, and volunteer networks to encourage active participation, local leadership, and sustainable community ownership.
Awareness Creation & Social Education
We conduct awareness campaigns, educational programs, rural outreach activities, and community engagement initiatives on topics such as education, health & hygiene, nutrition, women empowerment, child protection, environmental conservation, sanitation, sustainable agriculture, and social welfare.
Training, Skill Development & Capacity Building
We empower youth, women, students, farmers, and vulnerable communities through vocational training, leadership development, livelihood programs, entrepreneurship support, digital literacy, educational mentoring, and capacity-building workshops.
Participation & Collective Community Action
We encourage participatory development approaches where communities actively contribute to planning, implementing, and sustaining development initiatives that improve their own lives and local environments.
Educational Support & Scholarship Assistance
Through the SVSF (Sukanya Valeti Scholarship Fund) and other educational initiatives, we provide scholarships, school supplies, mentorship, academic support, career guidance, and educational opportunities for deserving students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
Child Welfare & Protection Initiatives
Through the Home of Hope and Nourish Hope initiatives, we support vulnerable children, street-connected children, HIV-affected children, and orphans with education, nutrition, healthcare, emotional support, counseling, and life-skills development.
Women Empowerment & Livelihood Promotion
Through the Rise of Hope initiative, we promote financial independence, skill development, entrepreneurship, leadership training, and livelihood opportunities for women and adolescent girls.
Elderly Care & Humanitarian Support
Through the Hands of Hope initiative, we provide food assistance, blanket distribution, eye camps, mobility aids, healthcare support, and compassionate care services for elderly individuals and vulnerable communities.
Sustainable Agriculture & Environmental Conservation
We promote organic farming, eco-friendly agricultural practices, natural resource management, biodiversity protection, climate awareness, tree plantation, waste management, and environmental sustainability initiatives for rural communities.
Health, Hygiene & Sanitation Initiatives
We organize medical camps, health awareness programs, nutrition support, sanitation drives, clean drinking water initiatives, and hygiene education to improve public health outcomes in underserved communities.
Networking, Partnerships & Collaborations
We collaborate with government departments, CSR partners, NGOs, healthcare institutions, educational organizations, volunteers, and donors to create scalable, impactful, and sustainable development programs.
Research, Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
We focus on data-driven planning, community research, impact documentation, monitoring, evaluation, and knowledge dissemination to improve program effectiveness and ensure sustainable development outcomes.
Rights-Based & Inclusive Development Approach
SJF promotes equality, dignity, inclusion, social justice, child rights, women’s rights, elderly welfare, and access to opportunities for marginalized and underserved populations through inclusive and people-centered development practices.
Infrastructure & Community Support
We support rural infrastructure development through sanitation facilities, safe drinking water systems, RO plants, community resource centers, educational support infrastructure, and basic amenities that improve quality of life in rural and underserved areas.
